Fans of the American rap-metal group Insane Clown Posse, known as juggalos and juggalettes, participate in the 16 September 2017 Juggalo March on Washington, D.C., following the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s designation of the band as a gang. Prior to the non-violent march, participants gathered for a rally outside the Lincoln Memorial next to the Reflecting Pool. Attendees listened to a variety of speakers discussing episodes of discrimination they had experienced for being fans of the group as well hearing from Violent J and Shaggy about the free speech implications of the government criminalizing speech by ICP and fans.
